Guestbook - many of of visitors return to the cottage year after year, this mean so much to us. They love the cottage and want to return, The Cowshed is particulary popular with the children, and of course the Gingerbread men who are everywhere!

From Kathryn...

we have stayed at the cottage twice and hope to visit many more times. Character cottage with ample space for 6, even with our two large dogs!
The enclosed garden is large and sunny and the cowshed is great for budding artists of any age. We really love this place it is a family home from home with comfy beds, coal fire and close to beaches and woodland walks.

From Tina...

We have stayed in the delightful Gingerbread Cottage twice and are returning in May 2017. We absolutely love it here, amazing value for money, everything you need in a holiday home, always spotless. Sheila one of the owners is amazing, such a lovely friendly lady to deal with. We are blessed to be able to return each year, and can't wait for our visit this year. Highly recommend this beautiful cottage.

From Caroline

We stayed here in August and had a wonderful time. The cottage is well furnished to a lovely high standard and everything has been thought of to make your stay a lovely experience. It is remarkably spacious inside and looks deceive it's cute, quaint exterior. The owner was very accommodating and made everything very easy with lots of information supplied before you arrive. There are pubs close by and a shop for your groceries (tesco will also deliver your online shop so you don't have to waste time shopping for food). Menai Bridge is a 5min drive where there are some very lovely places to eat. Beaches and water sports are close by and Snowdonia is on the doorstep for the adventurous. The cottage is well equipped, impeccably clean and it has a unique outdoor place to relax/children to play. I can highly recommend a stay here and it is perfect for families but equally fab for a relaxing stay for couples too.

Hi Sheila
Just wanted to say what a fantastic weekend we all had at your fabulous cottage . A real gem . We were unbelievably lucky with the weather .
We spent most of Friday on the beach , went for a coastal walk then ate at the Boathouse.
We went to Benllech on Saturday had a great time on the beach then back to the cottage for a bbq and to watch England win :)
We spent Sunday in Rhosneigr then enjoyed a farewell dinner in the Oyster catcher .
Felt like we were abroad the whole time we were there.
All in all just perfect.

Many thanks Sheila , would love to visit again sometime very soon .

Cheers ! Annette x

Annette ,

Hi Sheila,
Just to let you know that we had a fantastic weekend in your beautiful cottage once again, we visited Newborough Beach, Benllech and Beaumaris. We also met your cleaner as we were a little late getting our stuff out of the cottage, hopefully we didn’t hold her up for too long. We did apologise.

The garden looked great by the way, they must have been able to finish all the cutting before the mower broke.

My wife loves the cottage so much that she has asked me to ask you, that if you ever think of selling in the future to please let us know. We’d be very interested.
